Our location is perfect for experiencing tropical sunrises from your private veranda and watching the waves break on our nearby reef. When you have had enough sunning, swimming and snorkeling from our beach, try our crystal clear free-form, fresh water pool. The pool is adjacent to a historic 1700's Danish sugar mill, sunning deck and guest clubhouse – everything you could ask for in a Caribbean paradise.  Sugar Beach Condo Resort is just one and a half miles from the quaint Danish town of Christiansted, making us an excellent base for exploring St. Croix. For your dining and happy hours there are two excellent beach restaurants on either side of us.

United States citizens traveling to any of the United States Virgin Islands enjoy much of the conveniences of domestic travel. You do not need a passport if you’re arriving from the US Mainland or Puerto Rico. Even upon departure, US citizens do not require a passport. For non-stop flights and connecting flights, you can travel from New York, Baltimore, Atlanta and Philadelphia, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, the San Juan hub, Canada, South America, the Far East, Europe and many other airports. There are also commuter services available from San Juan Puerto Rico and St. Thomas. Air travel between islands only takes 17 minutes. If you are a non-US citizen, the requirements to enter the US Virgin Islands are the same as the requirements you need to enter the US from any part of the world.
